I am dedicated to supporting people towards personal growth, healing, and development, and helping people find ways to live a more rewarding, healthy life
I am a Dance Movement Psychotherapist and have worked for many years in a wide variety of roles in the NHS and in the charity sector.
I began my career as an Occupational Therapist, working with and supporting people struggling with mental health difficulties. Since retraining as a Dance Movement Psychotherapist, I have continued to support people in many different circumstances, working with individuals and groups to help them develop new ways of seeing themselves and the world so they can face their challenges with renewed strength.
